Optional analytics
When you choose “Accept analytics” in the site banner, PLAFFON uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and selected site interactions. The site sends only technical event data: page address and title, CTA location, form name, service type, a technical lead ID, and permitted UTM campaign parameters.
The site does not send your name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp message content, free-text message, payment data, or project photos to Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.
Your choice
Until you accept, optional analytics and advertising storage are set to denied. You may reject optional analytics or change your choice at any time through “Privacy settings” in the site footer. The choice itself is stored locally in your browser.
Attribution and WhatsApp
For the current browser session, the site may retain UTM parameters and advertising click IDs such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, and fbclid so that PLAFFON can understand the source of a voluntary contact. These identifiers are not sent as Google Analytics event parameters.
When you choose a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp opens by your action. Any information you choose to send there is handled by WhatsApp and the PLAFFON team; the WhatsApp message itself is not copied into site analytics.
What is still required before approval
A complete Privacy Policy requires the data controller’s legal identity, privacy contact, applicable law and jurisdiction, lawful basis, retention periods, and a process for data-subject rights. PLAFFON must provide and approve these details before this draft is presented as a complete legal policy.
